📦 RAËLIV Shipping Policy

At RAËLIV, we take care in packaging each order with love and intention. Every piece is inspected, wrapped, and prepared to ship from our studio with your unboxing experience in mind.

📬 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday), unless otherwise noted on the product page. This allows us to give each piece the attention it deserves.

Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to process — these timelines will always be clearly noted before checkout.

🚚 Shipping Time

Once processed, orders are shipped via the method selected at checkout. Estimated transit times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note: shipping times do not include processing time and may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, unexpected delays due to severe weather, carrier service interruptions, or customs inspections may occur and are outside of our control. We appreciate your grace and patience in these rare cases.

We proudly ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and other countries.

📦 Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update after the label has been created.
